About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general facility and equipment repairs, including boiler, HVAC, compressors, pumps, welding, pipe fitting, construction, and facilities duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general facility and equipment repairs
  • Participate as a lead or support role in capital projects
  • Maintain preventive maintenance program and spare parts inventory
  • Maintain/monitor plant and work area housekeeping standards
  • Apply all product quality and safety standards as well as report any product safety incidents to the Supervisor, Manager, or designated back-up
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial equipment repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs, sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 12 hours per day, and work in a warehouse facility where temperatures may range from 45 up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
