About the Position
We're seeking an Automotive Shopping Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop innovative user experiences that enhance the online car shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge technologies and features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-centered experiences using human-centered design principles and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to create experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain high-quality designs using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional experience in UX design or a related field.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience designing user experiences using human-centered design principles and Agile methodologies.

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on your location.
