We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our ECMO ICU team at Next Move Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering expert nursing care to patients requiring extracorporeal life support (ECLS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to ECMO patients, utilizing advanced mechanical circulatory support devices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Maintain and enhance your skills through ongoing education and certification, including obtaining CCRN certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of ECMO and critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification through AACN required within 6 months of hire.
