About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our care center, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and clinical performance of our nursing staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in making employment decisions for staff, reviewing patient eligibility for home care services, and developing comprehensive Plans of Care (POCs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend employment decisions for staff to the Director of Operations
  • Oversee the quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
  • Organize clinical operations for the care center
  • Review patient eligibility for home care services and ensure timely documentation
  • Develop and implement Plans of Care (POCs) in collaboration with clinicians
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
