RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of mobile imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport equipment to designated locations within a predetermined schedule, ensuring timely delivery and safe handling.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment to ensure compliance with government regulations and company guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including electronic logs, fuel/mileage reports, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position working evenings throughout the week. The ideal candidate will be based in the Myrtle Beach, SC area and will be required to travel to various locations as needed.
