POSITION SUMMARY
Janicki Industries, a pioneering family-owned aerospace firm, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to enhance our dynamic workforce.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is essential in ensuring the effective administration of all human resources policies and programs, focusing on:
  • Affirmative action and diversity initiatives
  • Training and organizational development
  • Legal compliance and employee relations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Manager will:
  • Align closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support
  • Facilitate employee relations, mediation, and grievance handling
  • Enhance HR service efficiency through innovative policy recommendations
  • Model company values and ethical behavior
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Oversee the HRIS system
  • Document disciplinary actions and employee transitions
  • Promote teamwork within the HR department

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent HR experience)
  • A minimum of 8 years in HR Generalist roles
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is competitive, complemented by discretionary bonuses, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Additional compensation may be available for off-shift work.
