What it's like to be a MORNING Youth Development Professional

As a Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, your mornings will be filled with exciting and enriching activities for our members. From active and healthy games like Triple Play to engaging projects in Project Learn, as well as arts, STEM activities, and group collaboration, every day will bring new opportunities for fun and growth. Your role will involve mentoring members to help them problem-solve together and ensuring their safety is the top priority. Alongside these dynamic tasks, you may also assist with light cleaning and occasional data tracking, making each day a diverse and rewarding experience. Position Details:

LOCATIONS: Sedro-Woolley
STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $19.35 to $20.53/hr DOE/DOQ
HOURS: 12-15 Hours Weekly
BENEFITS: Vacation and Sick Accrual, 10 Paid Operational Closure Days, 2 Self-Selected Days of Importance, EAP, and access to a 401k plan.
