We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nephrology Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission to make life better for those living with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in professional role development activities, including continuing education and quality assessment and improvement.
  • Application of Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and state Scope of Practices to ensure ethically sound practice.
  • Leadership of interdisciplinary teams in providing quality care and promoting a patient-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • One year of registered nurse experience.
  • Minimum 3 months of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required.
  • Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure and Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required.
