Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont

• 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
