Position Overview:
This role involves significant travel, with the initial assignment focusing on a major project. The responsibilities include transforming a large facility into a state-of-the-art data center, encompassing multiple phases and substantial power capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the electrical yard operations, medium voltage systems, switch gears, and other external infrastructure components.
- Manage electrical construction initiatives or support management on extensive hyper-scale projects within the Midwest region.
- Supervise field personnel, assess subcontractor performance, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Coordinate project activities, develop schedules, oversee construction processes, and monitor project finances and profitability.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials, and team members.
- Lead team members in alignment with the company's leadership principles and operational guidelines.
- Ensure project completion within established timelines and budget constraints.
Work Schedule:
This position entails a commitment of 55 hours per week, with travel compensation provided.
