- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and resolving customer complaints.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing daily tasks as assigned.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least two years of prior retail sales experience, including using a POS cash register, opening and closing stores, making end of day deposits, merchandising product, and following a planogram/floor layout.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 4-6 hours consecutively, lift up to 30 lbs of product, bend, stoop, reach, and grasp.
- Work Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
