Qualifications
  • Eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Maryland: LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD).
  • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will practice.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to $64,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
  • Guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
  • Flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, and full clinical caseload typically established within 90 days.
  • Group health and dental, disability, life, and liability insurance options, a W2 employment model with access to a 401k program, and CEU reimbursement.
