Soliant is Seeking a Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Jasper, GA. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, serving a caseload of approximately 45-50 students at the elementary and middle school levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records.
  • Participate in team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Georgia state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
