Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in the success of our stores. Your primary responsibility is to create exceptional customer experiences, listening to each customer's needs and offering recommendations and product knowledge to meet their expectations. You'll also communicate our sustainability initiatives and social commitments to customers, sharing your passion for our products. This is a seasonal position, lasting 2-5 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, driving brand loyalty and sales growth.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave.
  • Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store display.
  • Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with our policies.
Requirements
  • Two years of retail store experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
