About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Coach products, including features, benefits, and trends.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure a high level of store appearance and maintenance, adhering to Coach standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.
