Position Overview:
The Mammography Technologist will operate all breast imaging equipment within the Breast Center, performing both screening and diagnostic mammography exams as per physician directives. Responsibilities also include assisting with needle localizations, stereotactic breast biopsies, and ultrasound biopsies. The role emphasizes a commitment to outstanding customer service and fostering a positive environment for patients, colleagues, and referring physicians. Compliance with the Mammography Quality Standards Act is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced mammography registration RT(R)(M)
  • Expertise in interventional procedures such as stereotactic biopsy, sonographic biopsy, and needle localization

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. No on-call or weekend duties are required.
