We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Surgical Services Manager Lead at McCulloh Consulting. This full-time day-shift position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and drive operational efficiency within surgical services units.

A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or OR setting. Recent first-line management experience in a healthcare setting is also required.
