Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide individualized patient care.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that take into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote safe and high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research to provide the best possible care for patients.
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in a critical care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
