Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Construction Superintendent to join our team at SFC Civil Constructors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day civil construction bridge operations, monitoring project cost analysis and budgeting, and ensuring work is completed in a cost-effective and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and cost analysis
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical education with 5-10 years' work experience in bridges
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel in and around South Dakota
