About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tax preparation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
  • Generate business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support the success of our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations by attending training sessions and completing continuing education requirements.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
