Responsibilities- Develop and implement therapeutic music programs to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Conduct music therapy sessions to address the psycho-social needs of residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Assess and document resident progress, adjusting music therapy plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in music therapy.
- Masters Degree in Music Therapy or a related field.
- License in Music Therapy or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
