Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor
  • Follow established work instructions to properly prepare final product for shipment
  • Load, unload, and stack products and/or materials
  • Ensure product is accurately pulled and labeled for shipment
  • Achieve established goals or deadlines set for the department
  • Complete all required shipping documents, paperwork, and/or data entry in a timely manner
  • Utilize Lean manufacturing tools to deliver results
  • Organize materials at work station and department according to 6S standards
  • Operate required equipment per safety guidelines, upon proper certification
  • Our jobs require some bending and elbow grease, with the occasional lifting and transporting of products up to 100lbs using safe lifting techniques

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three months of previous warehouse/shipping experience
