Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Support credit and loyalty programs, promoting them to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Participate in store recovery, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
