Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships and identifying financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
