We are seeking an experienced luxury sales director to join our team as a Sales & Artistry Executive. This role is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial results, creating winning partnerships with retailers, and developing high-performing teams. They will be able to analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, commuter benefits, flex spending account, employee assistance program, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and birthday PTO.

Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive financial results and create winning partnerships with retailers.
  • Team Development: Recruit, hire, and manage direct reports, provide ongoing coaching and development, and foster a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, consistently model and promote MAGIC Service with the team and clients, and identify ways to improve customer service extended through retailer employees.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of beauty/luxury industry experience
  • 3+ years of beauty/luxury retail management experience, including managing direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and create winning partnerships with retailers
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
