About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions, making recommendations, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
