Job Summary

We are seeking a Take-Out Specialist to join our team at California Pizza Kitchen. As a Take-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless take-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management
    • Manage take-out orders, including capturing orders, processing payments, and preparing orders for pickup.
    • Partner with third-party delivery companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and package food orders to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
    • Monitor food quality and safety standards to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
