Electronics Assembler

At I.F.M. USA Inc, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a crucial role in building electronic assemblies to exacting standards. Your strong communication skills and mechanical ability will enable you to follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to assemble components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components using soldering, testing, and encapsulating techniques.
- Operate machinery and equipment to build electronic assemblies.
- Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to ensure accurate assembly.
- Work in a clean and safe environment, adhering to ISO9001 quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision finger manipulation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to read and interpret detailed work instructions.
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours while working.
- Need to be mature and self-motivated to work in our collaborative, team environment.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks.
