Job Summary

As an Automated Logistical Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and perform specific functions in order to maintain equipment records and parts, including establishing and maintaining records, maintaining stock locator systems, and administering document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient stock control and accounting procedures
• Coordinate the movement, storage, and maintenance of ammunition and other supplies
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of performance, cost, and parts data through improved maintenance management
• Collaborate with other teams to simplify and standardize the collection and use of maintenance data

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with material-handling equipment and procedures
• Interest in mathematics, bookkeeping, and business administration

Training and Development

You will receive comprehensive training in supply chain management, including 10 weeks of Basic Training and 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role and prepare you for a civilian career in supply chain management.
