Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain robust referral connections with real estate professionals and mortgage lending institutions, while keeping updated on current lending rates and industry developments.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications and submit them on behalf of the applicants.
  • Collaborate with mortgage industry professionals, including underwriters, closing agents, and real estate agents, to facilitate a seamless mortgage experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess each applicant's specific lending or refinancing requirements.
  • Provide guidance to applicants and home buyers regarding various loan options, the buying or refinancing process, potential lenders, and lending regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of the loan process from initiation to closing, along with familiarity with various loan products.
  • A bachelor's degree in banking, finance, economics, business administration, or real estate law is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or as a loan officer is essential.
  • A valid NMLS license or certification from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers is mandatory.
