About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Team Leader Human Resources to join our team at Target. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Human Resources team that drives business results and supports the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Human Resources team that drives business results and supports the growth and development of employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
