**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Direct Care Supervisor to join our team at Brio Living Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our care teams, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care.

**About the Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned caregiver to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Direct Care Supervisor, you will be delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

**Responsibilities**

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating activities of personnel on each area, promoting high-quality care;
  • Assessing the needs of residents and ensuring services are consistent with those needs;
  • Demonstrating appropriate interactions, interventions, and care of residents for fellow Resident Care Assistants assigned to your neighborhood, and providing feedback in accordance with PAC training;
  • Delivering care with an emphasis on quality customer service to all residents, family members, co-workers, volunteers, visitors, and other service professionals;

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have education consistent with that of a Medical Assistant or Nurse Aide (CNA). Experience as a Medical Assistant/Technician, EMS, or caregiving is preferred, as well as previous supervisory or lead experience.

You will also be required to possess knowledge of Medical Terminology, Medications, Pharmacology, and Body Structure and Function. Additionally, you must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs, and obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

**What We Offer**

Brio Living Services offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer shift differentials, holiday and weekend differentials, a retirement savings plan opportunity, wellness reimbursement and incentives, and uniform allowance.
