Job Title: Daily Living Care Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Daily Living Care Coordinator to join our team at Brio Living Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential daily living care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Attend to personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Daily Living Tasks: Perform laundry, change bed linens, and tidy resident rooms
  • Maintenance of Personal Hygiene: Provide dental and mouth care
  • Transfer Assistance: Transfer residents safely, utilizing mechanical equipment as required
  • Meal Service: Provide meal service in accordance with required diet

Communication & Social Activities:

  • Rapport Building: Build positive rapport with residents
  • Professional Interactions: Interact professionally with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
  • Activity Supervision: Supervise residents during activities
  • Small Group Activities: Facilitate small group activities
  • Meaningful Interactions: Engage residents in meaningful interactions

Transport & Mobility:

  • Transportation: Prepare and transport residents to appointments and activities
  • Physical Assistance: Assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Resident Service Plans: Follow resident service plans diligently
  • Change Communication: Communicate any necessary changes to care routines
  • Condition Notification: Notify supervisor of any changes in resident condition
  • Vital Sign Measurement: Measure and record vital signs accurately in electronic records

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
