Job Title: X-Ray Tech

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled X-Ray Tech to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality diagnostic images to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the human body, using your expertise to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, explaining the imaging process and providing reassurance to help them feel at ease.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to maintain your expertise.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
