Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Astia Health Inc. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various x-rays in the clinic setting, following instructions from providers and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Assist clinical staff with duties such as greeting, rooming, and performing initial clinical screening of patients, including taking vital signs and documenting information in patient medical records.
  • Provide clerical, administrative, and clinical/procedural support to the onsite Nurse Practitioner and other members of the clinic staff.
  • Develop relationships and trust with our clients' employees and their families, effectively communicating with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Perform daily/monthly Quality Control in accordance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Standards (CLIA) and document immunizations in patient medical records.
  • Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms as needed, and attach lab, radiology, and specialty consultation reports to patient medical records.
Requirements
  • One or more years of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
  • Current RTR certification in the State of Wisconsin required.
  • Ability to interact socially, build trust, and be viewed as approachable, with a passion for driving positive change and fostering a positive culture of improvement.
