Job Summary:

We are seeking a Patient-Focused Psychiatric Care Provider to join our team in Lincoln City, OR. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to diverse patient populations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various mental health disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and overseeing medication management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with active Oregon medical license and DEA registration.
  • A minimum of 24 months of relevant experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Flexible work hours with options for 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6 shifts, with no call responsibilities.
  • A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
