Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality LPN to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with data collection, medical record review, and quality monitoring in a high production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data collection and entry of DSNP data
  • Medical record review and abstraction for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify trends and potential strategies to support the practice
  • Communicate challenges or trends that may negatively impact quality outcomes
  • Navigate multiple documentation systems to obtain medical record sections supportive of HEDIS/Star measures
  • Support quality initiatives by requesting medical records from provider's offices as needed
  • Conducts in-bound and out-bound calls for quality requirements
  • Maintains education/knowledge base of HEDIS/STARs
  • Reviews assigned medical records to verify clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting

Requirements

Minimum 2-year HEDIS experience and/or knowledge. Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality. Strong medical record review and abstraction skills preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $32.50 - $36.50 per hour
