Job Overview

Mary Kraft Staffing & HR is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's Quality SDS/PSV Operations Department in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical record reviews and abstract relevant data for HEDIS and related quality measures.
  • Support data collection, entry, and monitoring to identify care gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership and clinical staff to inform quality improvement strategies.
  • Communicate challenges or trends affecting quality outcomes and propose effective solutions.
  • Navigate documentation systems to gather necessary medical record data for quality measures.
  • Provide administrative support for quality reporting and special projects.
Requirements
  • Active LPN license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HEDIS experience or equivalent knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of managed care requirements and clinical quality standards.
  • Experience with medical record review and abstraction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $28/hour. The selected candidate will work onsite at our client's location in San Antonio, TX.
