Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Implement medically prescribed interventions and treatments to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
  • Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.
  • Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
  • Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider.
