- Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer medications and treatments, including intravenous fluids and medications, as prescribed by our medical team.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including daily reassessments and treatment plans, to ensure seamless communication among our healthcare team.
- Contribute to Team Development: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance our team's skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Education and Certification: Possess a degree from an accredited school of practical nursing or military equivalent, and be certified as an LPN IV in the state of Missouri or Kansas, depending on the designated work location.
- Clinical and BCLS Certification: Obtain Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it throughout your employment with Mosaic Life Care.
