Salary:
The compensation range for this position is $42.04 - $64.29 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for BSN holders or $10,000 for ADN holders.
Job Description:
As a medical professional on our float pool team, you will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
