About the RoleThis is a unique chance to work in various clinics, providing support to our patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Float RN, you'll have the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the clinic's needs.
Responsibilities- You'll build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- As part of our positive and supportive team, you'll work collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care.
- With your expertise and skills, you'll oversee patients with multiple co-morbidities, developing unique treatment plans and delivering care with empathy and compassion.
- You'll work closely with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.

- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.

- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience is highly valued but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
