Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Practice: Provide direct and indirect nursing care to employees, contract employees, and non-employee groups, with a focus on occupational health.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote employee health and prevent workplace injuries.
  • Conduct training sessions and educational programs for healthcare workers on respiratory protection practices, immunization vaccination campaigns, and other relevant topics.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to gather and analyze data on employee health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current California licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of immunizations, vaccinations, and other preventive measures to protect employee health.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
