This is a part-time position working 16-20 hours per week to support the growth of our four home health and hospice agencies.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a People Development/HR Assistant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop relationships and serve people on a daily basis, with responsibilities including:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Process
  • Benefits Administration
  • Manage Unemployment/Work Comp
  • Manage FMLA and Leave of Absence
  • People Development and Engagement

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field, with one to two years' experience. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and flexibility. A caring attitude and high personal integrity are essential.
