About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Control Systems Specialist to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As an Industrial Control Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex drive systems, PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFD's, HMI's, vision systems, X-ray, and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex drive systems (mechanical and electrical), PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFD's, HMI's, vision systems, X-ray, and power distribution systems.
  • Program, Service, Installation, loop tuning, calibration, development, implementation, repair and maintenance of communication network, instrumentation, control, safety and electrical systems.
  • Assist Engineering, Instrumentation, Calibration, Multi-craft and Cereal Technicians as required and other duties as assigned.
  • Support Projects by participating in the development project scopes, design, and functional specifications.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in Industrial Electricity as well as 3 years combined experience with instrumentation and programmable controllers, 3 years' experience in electrical drive systems.
  • 2 years of electrical/electronic training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics.
  • Excellent knowledge of drive systems electrical and mechanical.
  • Knowledge of welding and fabrication.
