Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial products and services to ensure compliance with firm standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Operations, and Sales Leadership, to ensure seamless business operations and reporting.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all securities products, services, and system capabilities offered by Principal.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7, 24, & 66 or ability to obtain within 6 months required.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of related supervision or oversight experience.
  • Strong knowledge of all securities products, including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Annuities.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
