Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consult with senior management to analyze business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and vendor applications to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the assigned area, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively within the organization.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and technology infrastructure to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement technology in line with company standards and oversee application development to meet business needs.
  • Recommend and initiate policies and procedures to enhance department performance and drive business growth.
  • Exercise managerial responsibilities for staffing, performance evaluations, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • Promote diversity and maintain internal control standards to ensure compliance and risk management.

Technical Requirements:

Java, Linux, Experience with digital platforms, Experience with Single Sign on and Payments (wire, ACH, RTP) preferred.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience.
  • 4 years' engineering/architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with the system development life cycle, application development software, and hardware platforms.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' technology management or large program leadership experience.
  • Extensive application and product knowledge with advanced skills in technology area led.
