Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to children with pediatric oncology/hematology/infusion care needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to utilize computers for documentation purposes.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
