Job Overview

Compuray Medical is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care using radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures to produce vital images for licensed practitioners.
  • Process and analyze data to create diagnostic images, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Collaborate with licensed practitioners to ensure high-quality care and maintain professional judgment.
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all patient interactions, upholding medical ethics.
Requirements
  • Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program.
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (upon hire) or National Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (upon hire).
  • California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (upon hire).
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last year, or at least 2 years of full-time experience with no more than a 1-year absence from nuclear medicine.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (not required for recent graduates from an approved technician training program).
