Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for driving sales through excellent product knowledge, maintaining a clean store environment and staying up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge.
About the Role:- Estimated salary: $13,000 - $14,500 per year
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple areas of the store
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through excellent product knowledge
- Maintain a clean store environment and ensure floor inventory is well stocked
- Process customer transactions efficiently and maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge and share this expertise with customers
